Digital Plus does not sell, rent, loan, trade, or lease any personal information you provide to anyone without your prior written consent.  Digital Plus does not disclose individual information provided to us either online or through other forms of data-gathering used by us.  When a customer or potential customer wants to create an account with Digital Plus or one of its affiliates, in order to determine that person’s credit worthiness, we use their name, date of birth and social security number to request a credit report from a credit-reporting agency.  Once we determine a person’s credit rating, this document is destroyed.

Once an account is set up with us, we may periodically review your credit-worthiness.  We will provide you with prior notice of any periodic credit check. 

The cellular telephone number you receive through your account with Digital Plus, will not be disclosed to any outside third-party without your prior written consent.  We may share this information with an affiliate or agent of Digital Plus, if necessary to provide you service.  Additionally, disclosure of any personal information may be disclosed if it is necessary to protect the safety of customers, employees or property.  
Though we make every effort to preserve your privacy, we may need to disclose personal information when required by law if we have a good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a current judicial proceeding, a court order, or legal process.
